Every form in the matter reads from that profile, so a new form opens with what the case already knows, and the Application and the Financial Statement agree.

Where is client information stored?
The data and application’s server runs in Canada. Card payments go through Stripe in the United States, which never receives case information.
Who can see my clients’ answers?
Only your team. Support staff cannot open case information, and any read needs written permission and is logged.
What happens when the court changes a form?
We check the forms the court publishes every week and update our templates when one changes. Every download is built from the current template, so your next export uses the new version.
Is this legal advice?
No. It fills the court’s published templates from the case information you and your client enter. It does not choose which forms to file, apply law to a matter, or check a filing for legal sufficiency. Your professional judgement stays yours.
Will the court accept documents made here?
Your export is generated from the court's own published template, and we validate our templates against the ministry's every week. Whether a filing is accepted is the court's decision.
Which forms are supported?
Ontario family court forms, each exported as the court’s own Word template. The ones we have checked by hand, line by line, are Form 8, Form 13.1, Form 13B and Form 36. Our home page lists them, with filled samples you can open. More forms are in the app, and each one joins that list once we have checked it. Every form comes with a plain-language guide in your account.
How does client intake work?
Send your client a secure link, or a Word questionnaire if they prefer a document. They answer questions about themselves, the other party, the relationship and the children. Their answers wait for your review, and nothing reaches the case until you apply it, one field at a time. A link works for 14 days and accepts one submission.
I am a lawyer or paralegal. How do I start?
Sign-up is coming soon. When it opens, you create your account with your email or Google and give us your licence details. Client intake links open once we have checked your licence. The plan is $99 a month, with no charge per case.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next month’s charge, and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not give refunds. Cancel during the free trial and you pay nothing.
What counts as an active case?
Any case you have not archived. Archived cases can always be opened and exported, and you restore one to make changes. There is no charge per case. A workspace can hold up to 1,000 cases, archived ones included.
We are a clinic or a firm with staff. How do we buy?
Clinics and firms with staff use an annual licence. Everyone works in one shared workspace with owner, admin and member roles. Email us with your organization’s name and how many people need access, and we will reply with pricing.
Can my assistant use my solo account?
Not on the solo plan. It is one seat for one practitioner, and each login is for one person. A practice that needs more than one seat can use an annual licence with team roles.
Can staff use the tool on a shared computer?
Yes. When they sign in they can say the computer is shared. Then they are signed out after 15 minutes without activity, and the sign-in cookie is deleted when the browser closes. Pages in the browser history and any file they download stay on that computer.
