Features
Run every family law matter from one place
This is more than form-filling. One profile per matter fills every form in it, a single dashboard holds the whole caseload, and every export is the court’s own template. Built for a solo practice, and free for people filing on their own during the beta.
For a solo practice
Built for a caseload, not a single case
$30 a month for one lawyer or paralegal, 10 active cases included, and $5 a month for each additional active case.
A portfolio of every matter
Open, switch between, and archive client cases from one dashboard. Each case has its own profile and its own forms.
Archive when a matter closes
Only active cases count toward your plan. An archived case can always be opened and exported, at no charge. Restore it to make changes.
The forms a practice files
Alongside the forms a party files, a professional account can start the forms that the court and agencies complete.
Client files are kept
Documents in a professional workspace stay until you delete them or the account. The inactivity timer that clears abandoned personal cases does not apply.
Card payment, month to month
Subscribe from your Billing page. Checkout shows the full price before anything is charged. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
One seat
The plan is for one practitioner. A clinic or firm with staff needs organizational licensing. Contact us.
What stays with you
- You review every document this tool generates before you sign it or file it.
- It does not check a filing for legal sufficiency, completeness, or strategy.
- Your professional obligations to your client are unchanged by using it.
In every account
The same engine under every matter
One Profile Per Matter
Enter a matter’s details once. That covers the parties, the children, the court, the file number, and the financials. Every form in that matter pulls from its profile automatically, so a new form arrives with 60–80% of the fields already filled. Review it, adjust what changed, and generate.
Every Form in a Matter, at a Glance
See which forms are finished, which are in progress, and which still need to be filed. One view per matter, so nothing goes missing between the file and the filing deadline.
Official Court Templates
Every document is generated from the court's own Ontario template. You get a properly formatted DOCX to review, print, sign, and file.
Find the Right Form Fast
A form number does not say what the form is for. Describe your situation and the tool matches it against the forms' own published descriptions, then shows what comes back, ranked, with the guidance for each. It suggests. The choice stays yours.
Save and Resume Anywhere
Work is saved as you go. Close the browser, come back on another device, and pick up exactly where you left off.
Where Your Data Goes
Your case is stored on Canadian servers. We never share or sell your information, and you can export or delete a whole case at any time. The optional AI features are the exception: when you use one, the text you send it goes to a third-party AI provider outside our servers, which we do not permit to train on it. Full details are in our privacy policy.
Filing for yourself, without a lawyer?
Everything on this page works the same way when the case is your own. Personal accounts are free while the beta runs, and the core tool will cost $15 a month when personal subscriptions start.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the product and the solo practitioner plan.
Is this legal advice?
No. What it does: fills the court's published template from answers you type, searches published form guidance and shows you the source, flags a statement that makes a claim with no date or example behind it, and shows a factual template you fill in yourself. What it does not do: choose which forms to file, tell you what to ask the court for, apply law to your situation, or write your story for you.
Will the court accept documents made here?
Your export is generated from the court's own published template, and we re-check those templates against the ministry's pages every week. Whether a filing is accepted is the court's decision, and it turns on more than the template. The document also has to be complete, correct, and filed under the right rule. That part is yours.
Which forms are supported?
152 of the 153 forms published under the Ontario Family Law Rules. They run from the Application (Form 8) and the Answer (Form 10) to financial statements, motions, affidavits, and conference briefs. Every form comes with a plain-language guide in your account. The 45 Rules of Civil Procedure forms we support include the rule 61 appeal forms for the Court of Appeal and the Divisional Court. Alberta and British Columbia family courts are on the roadmap.
I am a lawyer or paralegal. How do I subscribe?
Email us for an access code. Create your account with your email or Google, then enter the code at the welcome screen to set up your practice workspace. Open Billing in your account settings to set up card payment. The plan is $30 a month and includes 10 active cases. Each additional active case is $5 a month. You can cancel at any time.
What counts as an active case?
Any case you have not archived. Archived cases can always be opened and exported, at no charge. Restore one to make changes, and it counts as active again.
Can my staff use my account?
Not today. The plan is one seat for one practitioner. An assistant seat is the change practitioners ask us for most and it is not built yet, so tell us if you need one. Clinics and firms with staff can contact us about organizational licensing.
What happens to my information?
We store your case on Canadian servers and handle it in line with PIPEDA, Canada's privacy law. We never sell your data. You can export or delete your whole case whenever you want. In a personal account we delete a document 180 days after you last worked on it, we warn you in the app before that happens, and you can put it off twice. In a clinic or professional workspace documents are kept until the account holder deletes them or the account, because professionals have to retain client files. The optional AI features are the exception: when you use one, the text you send it goes to a third-party AI provider outside our servers, which we do not permit to train on it.
What does the AI assistant actually do?
Two kinds of help, both optional. It reads what you write and asks you questions about it: which arrangement you mean, what date something happened, which of the children this is about, or whether a paragraph belongs in a different section of the form. It never labels your writing and it never writes your story for you. It also answers questions about any form. Ask what the form is for, what a section is asking, and what happens after you file. The core tool works fully without it.
Questions about the free beta are answered on the page for people filing on their own.
Less time on the paperwork.
More time on the matter.
Every matter keeps its own profile, its own forms, and its own history. Open a case, generate the form you need from the court’s template, review it, and file. Archive a matter when it closes and it stops counting against your plan.
Solo practitioners can subscribe today for $30 a month, 10 active cases included. Individuals get free access during the beta, and the core tool will cost $15 a month when personal subscriptions start.
